If you're thinking you have to visit a Paytm service center to become a Paytm agent, that's not true. You can apply from home, and if approved, you can proceed further.
In fact, if you have a smartphone or computer, you can become a Paytm agent by completing the necessary procedures with your Aadhaar card and PAN card and begin your work. You can complete this process in two or three main steps.
Open a Browser on Your Device
To become a Paytm Agent, first open any browser on your device.

Enter your information.
After accessing the website, you'll see a page on your screen asking you to fill in some basic information, such as your name, state, address, and zip code.
We also want to make sure that the phone number you enter on this page must be the same phone number you used to create your Paytm account, as you'll receive a call from Paytm on that phone number. After filling in all the information, click the submit button below. This will send all your information to Paytm.
Complete document verification
You'll now receive a phone call from Paytm within 1 to 2 days. Paytm will collect some information from you over the call, and if they deem you eligible to become a Paytm agent, Paytm will send an agent to verify all your documents.
If, after verifying your documents, Paytm deems you eligible to become a Paytm agent, a Paytm employee will ask you to deposit some security, as becoming a Paytm agent requires a printer and a computer.
After submitting the security deposit, Paytm handles the entire setup and gives you a Paytm agent ID. You can then begin your work.
Who is a Paytm Agent?
Previously, you didn't need to complete KYC to send money through Paytm, but now, if you want to send money to anyone using Paytm and also take advantage of other Paytm services, you need to complete KYC. This KYC process is performed by Paytm agents. If your Paytm account has full KYC, you can take advantage of all Paytm services.
You can charge customers for completing Paytm KYC, and if you have a good number of customers each month, you will earn a good monthly income, at least ₹10,000 and a maximum of ₹35,000.
It should be noted that anyone who has a Paytm account can apply to become a Paytm agent. Furthermore, the individual should be fluent in the local language and should be courteous to customers.

If you run a phone shop, a public service center, a cyber cafe, or a computer center, you can significantly increase your earnings by becoming a Paytm agent, as most people visit these places to complete their Paytm KYC.
